Who are we?

Hybrid Greentech inspires organizations to be green pioneers and invest in electrical energy storage so that together we can reach 100% renewable energy. We and our customers are part of an emerging renewable market expected to see 30-fold growth over the coming years.

We are a diverse and international team of 30+ people with expertise in renewable energy, energy storage, energy trading, machine learning, and AI. Together, we aim to revolutionize energy storage, grid-scale battery systems, and other flexible assets in the energy and power markets.

Based in our Høje Tåstrup office, you will join our product development team. We work on developing intelligent software that integrates renewable energy and energy storage systems into energy markets and power grids.

 

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be:

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions for our virtual power plant.

• Contributing to the implementation of control algorithms and signal processing techniques for enhanced system performance.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build reliable, high-performance systems.

• Continuously improving software quality and system reliability through testing and optimization.

What you bring and your qualities

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proficiency in Rust (preferred), C++, or C, with a strong focus on software engineering practices.

• Familiarity with control engineering concepts and signal processing techniques (forecasting, filtering, etc.).

• A strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in building reliable software systems.

• An ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
