About the Role

As our Project- and Portfolio Manager, you will represent Hybrid Greentech in public collaboration projects, ensuring that our contributions are structured to allow our team of experts to provide relevant input efficiently and effectively. You will be the link between our internal team and external stakeholders, helping us deliver high-value solutions and insights that drive innovation in the energy sector.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Represent Hybrid Greentech in our collaboration projects, fostering strong relationships with partners.

• Shape project deliverables to streamline input from our team of experts.

• Ensure deliverables align with project goals and timelines.

• Act as the bridge between technical and commercial aspects of projects, balancing both perspectives.

• Participate in workshops and sessions with project partners, contributing to meaningful dialogues and outcomes.

 

Who You Are

While we don’t expect you to check every box, a successful candidate will ideally have:

• Energy Sector Insight: Understanding of smart energy management, storage solutions, and virtual power plants.

• Technical Expertise: Experience with photovoltaic (PV) systems and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS).

• Project & Portfolio Management Experience: Formal or informal experience in managing projects and portfolios.

• Collaborative Energy: A passion for enabling others to succeed by providing lean and effective input.

• Engagement in Partnerships: Enthusiasm for participating in sessions with public collaboration project partners.

• Broad Understanding: A mix of technical and commercial awareness, without needing deep expertise in either field.

We work on developing intelligent software that integrates renewable energy and energy storage systems into energy markets and power grids.
